Housefind manages a selected network of professionals in AEC services covering all areas necessary for the construction, maintenance, or rehabilitation of property.

The network contacts are available to all paying customers of Housefind services.

The access of professionals to the network depends on:

1. prior referral from a Housefind customer with at least 12 months seniority;
2. the payment of an initial access fee, and an annual maintenance fee;
3. providing continuous reporting to Housefind of various performance indicators – quality, management, qualified human resources, financial;
4. service quality evaluation provided by Housefind customers.
